What a great collection of tools and resources! I have been using Fluent in Mandarin and HelloTalk. However, the most difficult for me is to memorize characters. Thus, additionally, I am using Hack Chinese to learn new words and to revise the words I’ve learned to keep them in my active vocabulary.

I have been thinking about a trip to China and would like to resurrect my Chinese to at least be able to talk to some of the people. Your list of learning tools looks very useful. Thanks!
